Our Strength Training sessions are ideal for middle school & high school athletes who desire to increase strength and power production. We will begin with body-weight movements to ensure movement patterns and technique is correct then progress to weighted exercises. These exercises will develop strength increase maximal power production, thus increasing the physical capabilities of the athlete's in-game performance. Additionally, we will work to increase strength surrounding those joints which are more prone to injury (ie- baseball, shoulder focus; soccer, knee focus) so that we can greatly reduce the likelihood of game-related injury.
