What to expect from our camps

Your athlete will LEARN

  • Proper run mechanics
  • Mobility drills that will reduce injuries
  • Strength training to improve sport performance
  • Standard policies and procedures of a weight room
  • Plyometric drills (jumping, landing, progressions)
  • Proper breathing techniques

By the end of the week, your athlete WILL

  • Run faster
  • Jump Higher
  • Have increased confidence
  • Understand how to start and stop properly when running
  • Have an enhanced mind-muscle connection

  1. What should my athlete wear? Tennis shoes, athletic clothes.
  2. What should my athlete bring? A water bottle.
  3. What needs to be done for my athlete to participate? Register online, then fill out waiver on day of first session.
  4. What time should I arrive? Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start to fill out necessary paperwork.
  5. Do I need to stay with my athlete? We have a lobby available for those parents who would like to watch the training session. However, you are welcome to leave your athlete once paperwork has been completed.
